There are various types of Internet Gateway (IG) accounts,
with different access privileges in the WAM!NETŪ Info CenterSM:
Account types:
There are three account types.
- Send and Received - The user will have the ability to send and receive content.
- Receive Only - The user will only have the ability to receive content and will not have a "Send" button.
- Send Only - The user will only have the ability to send content and will not have a "Receive" button.
Info Center Permission Levels:
There are four Info Center permission levels that affect how the various account types
operate.
- IC Admin - user may track packages, change IG account information, change
the service login, and modify trading partners. The change password button
is enabled in the IC user interface.
- IC User - user may track packages, change the service login,
change some IG account information (i.e. email notifications and upload
method). User cannot change trading partners. The change password button is
enabled in the IC user interface.
- IC Prohibited - user cannot track packages or change IG account
information, service login or trading partners. The change password button
is disabled in the IC user interface.
- IC Track Only - user can track packages, but can not change IG account
information, service login or trading partners. The change password button
is disabled in the IC user interface.
