Our focus on customer experience is driving a number of significant improvements to the WAM!NET content management services provided by Savvis. First, we have simplified our subscription model by bundling our cloud based features; Content Studio, Review Studio, Internet Gateway and Content Submission Accounts into a single subscription with unlimited users and lower pricing. Secondly, we are improving our communication with existing subscribers to help you take full advantage of these bundled features. Third, in July we will be releasing the first phase of a brand new WAM!NET Portal web site that unifies most of the features included in the new bundled WAM!NET subscription to simplify and improve your user experience.
The new WAM!NET Portal will unify most of the features contained in the existing Content Studio, Review Studio, Internet Gateway and Info Center services and will become available at www.wamnet.com. It will also debut an updated style, improved navigation and the first phase of a more intuitive service user interface. There will be additional updates to the WAM!NET Portal in the following months to incorporate the rest of the web based features. This new portal will co-exist with the existing user interfaces for an extended period of time to provide existing subscribers with time to migrate to the new portal well in advance of the retirement of these existing web sites targeted for the second half of 2011.
Additional information about the new WAM!NET Portal will be communicated in the coming weeks. Once the new portal is made available in July we will invite our existing subscribers to preview it within their production workflows and provide us with feedback. At that time we will also ask you to begin planning your organization’s migration from the existing web interfaces to this new portal.
